| Abstract: | Some items of old and new norm are compared and changes in the new norm are noted, such as sunshine inlet, ventilating, green space, barrier-free and overall arrangement of residential housing. It is indicated that items in the new norm can suit the demand of the development of housing industry and reflect humanistic progress. |
