| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,制度建设是关键。社会主义新农村建设必须坚持社会主义公有制,只有这样,才能确立农民在社会主义新农村的主体地位,并以此为基础形成新型社会主义合作制。新型合作制的特点就在于:它承认个体农民对生产资料的所有权以及劳动力所有权,在此基础上充分尊重和保障其利益和要求,从而调动广大农民的劳动积极性,最终实现社会主义新农村建设的宏伟蓝图。
