中叶素在心血管系统的生物学效应

摘    要:中叶素是2004新近发现的降钙素基因相关肽超家族的成员,主要在下丘脑和胃表达,可非选择性的结合于降钙素基因相关肽超家族的共同受体系统降钙素受体样受体/受体活性修饰蛋白系统,发挥较为广泛的生物学效应,可调节中枢神经系统,胃肠道系统和肾脏的功能,尤其是对生理及病理状态下的心血管功能有重要的调节作用.

Abstract:Intermedin(IMD) is a novel calcitonin/CGRP family peptide,which was identified in 2004.IMD is primarily expressed in the pituitary and gastrointestinal tract and exerts diverse biological effects,such as regulate central nervous system,gastrointestinal tract and renal systems,through the calcitonin receptor-likereceptor/receptor activity modifying protein(CRLR/RAMP) system,a common receptor system of the CGRP superfamily,especially its important regulatory effects on cardiovascular system under physiologic and pathologic status.
