美国女研究生教育的心理问题与教育模式创新

心理孤独是美国女研究生面临的严重问题。美国女研究生的人数虽然有了较快的增长，但数量还没有增加到足以改变美国研究生教育的结构的程度，也不会自动解决女研究生的孤独问题。可以采取建立女性非正式团体、尽可能让女教授来指导女研究生等措施来缓解女研究生的心理孤独，但构建具有女性特色的研究生培养模式才是解决该问题的根本策略。

Psychological Problems of Female American Graduates and Innovation of Educational Mode

Psychological solitude is a severe problem with female graduates in America. Although the number of female American graduates is increasing rapidly, it is still not great enough to change the structure of American graduate education. So the problem of their solitude cannot be solved automati cally. Certainly, there may be some ways to alleviate their solitude such as forming an informal female community and appointing female supervisors for female graduates, but the problem can be thoroughly solved only by creating a female graduate education mode.
