促进教师个人知识共享的学校知识管理策略

摘    要:知识共享是知识管理的目标。基于知识共享的学校知识管理有助于教师个人知识发展。教师主观方面的原因,如教师对个人知识的意识程度、共享知识的主观意愿和认知结构,教师个人知识本身的特性和学校组织结构与环境等是制约教师个人知识共享的主要障碍。促进教师个人知识共享的管理策略包括:构建知识型学校组织结构;创建有利于知识共享的学校文化;建立完善的激励机制;建立知识共享的信息网络;开发团队学习模式等。

Abstract:Knowledge sharing is the purpose of knowledge management. Knowledge management in school based on knowledge sharing helps the development of teachers' knowledge. The subjective reasons of teachers, such as the conscious extent of teachers' knowledge, the subjective desire and cognitive structure of knowledge sharing, characteristics of teachers' knowledge, organization structure and environment of school, are a major obstacle to the restraint of teachers' knowledge. Strategy of knowledge management to promote the sharing of teachers' knowledge includes the construction of structure of knowledge-type school organization, of school culture which benefits knowledge sharing, of perfect inspiring mechanism, of information network to share knowledge and the exploitation of team-work study pattern.
