强国林立的北太平洋地区由于多种原因，存在着诸如领土争端、军事冲突、经济冲突、政治冲突，文化冲突等众多矛盾与纠葛，在新的历史时期，它们很有可能导致地区冲突的激化甚至升级，影响世界的稳定，该地区各国都应高度重视这些矛盾的严重性，本着和平共处精神予以正确决策，积极寻找合理的解决办法，以保持国际社会的安定团结。

There are a lot of powerful countries in the north of the Pacific area.For a variety of reasons,there are a lot of conflicts between nations in this area,such as territorial disputes,and conflicts of military,economy,politics and different cultures.These conflicts might lead to intensification of even escalation thus influence stability of the world .All nations in this area need to take the matter seriously and take vigorous action to find rational resolutions of them and maintain the stability and harmony of the whole world adhering to the principles of peaceful coexistence.
