论朱熹的人事管理思想

摘    要:朱熹的人事管理思想非常丰富。他十分强调用人在国家管理中的重要性,提出了“德才兼备”的人才标准和任用原则;他提出改革官制,精简机构,改革选拔官吏的途径,强化对官吏考核;他强调官吏价值观建设的重要性,对管理者思想建设的重视是朱熹人事管理思想的突出特色。
