摘    要:当前中小学生负担过重的问题并未从根本上得到有效遏制,已成为全面推进素质教育的严重阻碍。“减负”是一项复杂的社会性系统工程,需要社会、学校和家庭共同承担责任和义务,相互支持与配合,齐抓共管,不断探索中小学教育“减负”增效途径。

Abstract:The problem that primary and middle school faces heavy stress hasn't been restrained effectively at present,which become serious obstacle of pushing forward the quality education for all-round development.Because mitigating stress is a complicated social system project,the society and the school and the family need to undertake responsibility and obligation,to support and cooperate mutually,to control and administer together,to investigate the way of mitigating stress and improving efficiency continuously for primary and middle school education.
