人际关系在华人企业内部的强激励效应剖析

摘    要:在华人企业,由于受关系本位文化的影响,人际关系在员工心目中有着非常特殊的地位,良好的人际关系对他们具有很强的激励作用;而在西方社会,由于人本主义根深蒂固的影响,人际关系只具有普遍意义,对西方员工只起保健作用。着重剖析了人际关系在华人企业中具有激励意义的三个最本质原因。
