| 摘 要： | 我国教育领域出现的教育纠纷日渐增多,教育法可诉性问题逐渐进入人们的视野,引起社会各界广泛关注。从教育法可诉性基本概述着手,对教育纠纷的认识误区与困境进行梳理分析,针对性地提出完善教育法可诉性之路径探讨,最后在全局视野下创造性提出完善教育法可诉性之目标进程。
