摘    要:分析了经济全球化背景下涉外活动中影响跨文化交际的原因,如思维定势、价值观差异、道德规范差异等,提出了建设性的培养意见和建议,如增强涉外员工跨文化交际的意识和适应性,加大文化背景知识的获取量,扩大跨文化培训的交际手段等.

Abstract:This paper analyses the causes of Chinese employees' inability involving foreign affairs, such as conventional concepts, differences between values and moral standards. It tries to provide some advice for Chinese employees on their improvement of the intercultural communication ability, such as raising the awareness and adaptability of the employees' intercultural communication, broadening their background knowledge and enriching the methods in intercultural communication training.
