| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取百里香挥发油;利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对山东野生百里香挥发油化学成分进行分离鉴定,共分离鉴定出了30种化合物,占挥发油总量的98.92%,主要成分为百里香酚(15.64%),香芹酚(13.27%),冰片(12.86%),莰烯(8.07%),桉树脑(6.22%),α-蒎烯(5.35%)等.本实验方法可靠,重现性好,易于操作.

| Abstract: | In the paper, the volatile oil of thyme was extracted by steam distillation, GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile oil, 30 compounds were identified which accounts for 98.92%, The major chemical constituent of the volatile oil are thymol （15.64%）, Carvacrol （13.27%）, Borneol （12. 86%）,camphene （8. 07%）, eucalyptol （6. 22%）,α-Pinene （5. 35%）. This method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility. |
