试论陈云对改革开放的伟大贡献

陈云同志作为中国共产党第一代和第二代中央领导集体的主要成员,在改革开放过程中发挥了重要的作用。陈云对改革开放和邓小平理论形成和发展的贡献主要有三个方面：一是在＂拨乱反正＂时期,力荐邓小平复出,平反冤假错案,恢复党的实事求是的优良作风,正确评价毛泽东和毛泽东思想的历史地位,这些工作为改革开放提供了正确的政治思想路线和良好的社会环境;二是作为我国经济领域的主要决策人,成功地领导了改革开放之初的三年国民经济调整,为我国经济的腾飞奠定了坚实的物质基础,他对计划与市场关系的探索,为我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立奠定了理论基础;三是在主持中纪委工作期间,他对党风廉政建设和社会主义精神文明建设倾注了大量心血,为改革开放起到了保驾护航的作用。

Great Contribution of Comrade Chen Yun to Reform and Opening-up

Comrade Chen Yun,one of the major member in the first and second generation central leading group of CPC,played an important role in the process of reform and opening-up.His contribution to the reform and opening-up,formation and development of Deng Xiaoping Theory mainly includes the following three aspects： First,during the period of ＂Setting wrong things right＂,he strongly recommended Deng Xiaoping to come back,redressed the cases in which the charges were false or which were dealt with unjustly or incorrectly,recovered the fine work style of CPC as ＂seeking truth from facts＂,correctly evaluated Comrade Mao Zedong and the historical position of ＂Mao Zedong Thought＂.All those offered correct political and ideological line and good social environment of ＂reform and opening-up＂.Second,as the major decision maker in China economic area,Comrade Chen Yun successfully led the adjustment of national economy in the first three years of reform and opening-up,which laid sound material basis for China economic soar;and his research on the relation between plan and market laid theoretical basis for the foundation of China socialist market economy system.Third,during the period when he was in charge of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,he made great efforts in building a fine party culture and keeping organizations clean as well as socialist ideological and ethical progress to escort the execution of reform and opening-up policy.
