| 摘 要： | 企业对日语人才需求情况不断变化,为我们培养应用型的日语人才提出了更高的要求,以培养研究型日语人才为目的的传统日语教学能否完全适应企业的用人需求,值得我们日语教育工作者深思。我们需要不断地进行日语教学改革以适应企业对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | There has been more and more demand for applied Japanese talents since the changing labor market. The traditional Japanese teaching,which is for the purpose of training research personnel,can not adapt to the demand of the enterprise,of which is worth deeply thinking for Japanese teachers. In order to satisfy the demands for talents This paper makes a simple discussion about the Japanese teaching for the purpose of training applied Japanese talents. |
