素质教育视野下高职院校图书馆工作存在的问题与对策

高职院校图书馆成为学生素质教育的重要阵地有其必要性和可能性。但事实上,高职院校图书馆在参与学生素质教育的过程中存在诸多问题,包括主观和客观两个方面,解决这些问题的对策和措施可以从提高管理人员素质,加强图书馆队伍建设;改调整藏书体系,充分重视文献资源建设变观念,强化服务;合理使用经费,加快图书馆现代化建设等方面着手,大胆创新,勇于探索,充分发挥图书馆在素质教育中应有的作用。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Library Work in Higher Vocational Schools under Quality-oriented Education Horizon

It is necessary and possible for vocational schools’ libraries to become an important field for students’ quality education.However,there are still a lot of problems in its involvement,both on subjective and objective levels.It is advisable to solve these problems by raising management staff’s quality and strengthening team development,adjusting collection system and paying full attention to the document resources construction,using expenditure fairly and quickening libraries’ modernization construction,finally taking a daring step to realize libraries’ function in quality education to the utmost.
