汽车驱动环稀土催渗强化研究

摘    要:汽车驱动环通常采用渗碳淬火热处理强化,但往往由于其生产周期长,尺寸变形大,耐蚀及抗疲劳磨损性较差等问题,慢慢已无法适应用户生产需求。鉴于离子渗氮技术已经成功应用于汽车零部件上,为了帮助用户减少生产周期,减少生产成本,添加稀土催渗剂对驱动环强化工艺进行优化,最终证明改进工艺后的产品性能能够完全满足用户的使用需求。

Abstract:Automobile drive ring is often strengthened by carburizing and quenching heat treatment,but it is unable to meet the production needs of users because of its long production cycle,size large deformation,poor corrosion resistance and fatigue wear,.In view of the fact that the ion nitriding technology has been successfully applied to automobile parts,the enhancement process is used to optimize by adding the rare earth catalyst in order to help users to reduces the production cycle and cost,eventually improving product performance and completely meeting the needs of the users.
