对排球垫球、拦网技术动作的时效性研究

以大学生排球运动员为测试对象,采用光电测试计时装置,对其垫球、拦网动作所需时间进行测定。结果表明,原地拦网和移动拦网中,以两手臂置于耳旁跳起拦网和快跑移动拦网所需时间最少;原地正面垫球,以双手置于体侧的双臂垫球所需时间最少;侧前移动5m垫球以快跑接鱼跃的单手垫球所需时间最少。

Study on the Period Effectiveness of Underhand Pass and Blocking Skill Volleyball Playing

A research is done with college volleyball players with photovoltaic timing equipment, which tests the speed of passing and blocking. The result shows that the most efficient ways of in - place and moved blocking are setting both arms besides ears before jumping blocking and blocking after quick running. During the process of passing,the quickest way is that facing forward with both hands besides the body.Diving to right or left forward 5 meters with one arm to pass is the fastest.
