| 摘 要： | 广播电视大学文化与其他大学文化相比，具有自己鲜明的特征。建设特色鲜明的广播电视大学文化，需要加强精神文化建设，着力进行网络文化建设，以凝炼办学理念为载体进行制度文化建设，突出形象文化建设，强化师生的文化素质教育。

| Abstract: | TV university culture,compared with other universities' culture,is of its own characterstic.To build the characteristic TV university culture,it needs to strengthen the spirit culture building,carry on the metwork cultere building in a more costly way,go on the system culture building with the concise running-the-school concepts and ideas as the carrier,lay stress on the image culture building and enhance the cultural quality education of both teachers and students. |
