| 摘 要： | 坚持“以人为本”的理念，培养优秀的戏曲人才，在教学岗位上贯彻与实施“以人为本”，“因材施教”的原则，正确处理优等生和后进生的关系，把培养品德高尚、心理健康、富有专业学识和创造性才能的全面发展应用性人才放在首位。

| Abstract: | To cultivate the outstanding talent in traditional Chinese opera,the "people-oriented" concept should be adhered.In addition,at the teaching position,the principle of "people-oriented" and "individualized method of instruction" must be carried out.Besides,correctly handling the relationship between excellences and underachievers,cultivation of talents with high moral character,mental health,professional knowledge and creativity are the most important things in comprehensive development of application-oriented talents. |
