| 摘 要： | 为使高等教育非体育专业的学生增强身体素质,提高其适应社会的能力,文章结合实际情况,探讨了目前高校非体育专业学生游泳教学中所存在的问题,并针对性地提出改善措施。每一名教师都应本着寓教于乐的教学理念,让学生在喜欢游泳的同时,提高自身的综合素质及能力。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the physical quality of the higher educational non-sport students and improve their ability to adapt to society,this paper,combined with the practical situation,explores the problems that exist in swimming teaching towards the non-sports majors in colleges and universities,and put forward some countermeasures for improvement.Every teacher should be in line with the teaching idea of entertaining,making the students enjoy swimming,and improving their overall quality and ability at the same time. |
