| 摘 要： | 证券内幕交易民事赔偿制度对于证券市场秩序的维持、广大投资者权益的维护具有重要意义。但我国还未建立起完善的内幕交易民事赔偿诉讼制度，因而应吸收国外先进经验，并结合我国国情，建立健全该制度。
