| 摘 要： | 实现教育信息化是在新的历史条件下社会经济发展提出的必然要求，也是推进教育现代化的基础和条件。我们目前的教育能否适应经济发展的需要，很大程度上取决于在培养人才的知识、技能、素质诸方面能否满足社会的需求。本文着重阐述信息技术教育与素质教育的关系以及在实施素质教育过程中对信息技术教学的要求。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable demand put forward in social economic development under the new historical condition to realize the informalization of the education, it is foundation and condition of advancing educational modernization too. Our present education could adapt to the need of economic development, depend on to a great extent whether could meet society's demands in training talents' knowledge, skill, quality etc. This thesis explains the relation IT education and of quality-oriented education and requisition for IT teaching in the course of implementing quality-oriented education emphatically. |
