| Abstract: | Empowerment education has become a popular topi c in the present years.This article emphasizes the importance of the self-betterm ent of the foreign language instructor by expounding the connotation of empowerm ent education and the necessity of carrying it out, the condition of the foreign language instructors in school and the difference between them and the demands of empowerment education. The article also points out the principal ways of the foreign language instructor's self-betterment. |
