| 摘 要： | 英语四、六级的改革对我国大学英语教学影响不言而喻。因而必须重新构建大学英语教学的新策略，对四、六级改革后课堂教学目标予以重新定位，以适应新形势发展的需要。通过课堂教学及课堂活动，提供或创造真实有效的交际需求，教给学生学习英语的良好策略和习惯；课堂教学应为培养学生的学习能力和实用能力服务；教师应发挥在培养和提高学生语用能力方面的作用。

| Abstract: | The reform of CETS make usreconsider the role of classroom objects in college English teaching. This paper mainly expounds the relationship between the basic knowledge of English and the competence of applying English in the teaching of Intensive Reading of College English. It analyses the students and it also states the role of a teacher in class on developing and improving the stud ents' competence of applying English. |
