| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国内的NPSE（Non-Pure Software Enterprise）即非专门从事软件开发的企业在企业体制和人力资源等方面的特点,指出了NPSE开发软件产品时应用项目管理和软件工程方法来管理软件项目与专业软件企业之间的差异,提出了NPSE的软件项目管理过程改进模型.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics in enterprise system and human resource in the NPSE (Non-Pure Software Enterprise), points out the differences between the NPSE (Non-Pure Software Enterprise) and the software house to development software. So the study of software project management of the NPSE will take a instruct for the NPSE progress and management. It's very helpful to improve software project management and give more satisfaction to customers. |
