新技术应用的社会效应研究——以打车软件为例

摘    要:为分析新技术应用过程中的社会效应,以当前迅速蔓延的打车软件为对象,利用案例剖析与现象归纳方法对新技术的发展动态、新技术需求满足效应、行业冲击效应、技术依赖效应、功能异化效应及新技术监管与治理方式等展开分析。结果表明,新技术以其解决问题和满足需求的姿态被资本强力营销和民众口碑传播而迅速蔓延,但新技术在迅速应用过程中因技术功能缺陷、群体不适应及监管不配套等会引发一系列正负效应,由此,关于新技术及其效应的监管和治理也形成了市场主位或政府主位的多元观点。

Abstract:By studying cases and concluding phenomena, this article makes a study of the popular cab-hailing software in the developing trends, demand-meeting effect, industry-shocking effect, technology-depending effect, function alienation effect, regulation and governance style of new technology to analyze the social effects during the application of new technology. Research shows that new technology, which spreads rapidly because of its function in solving problems and meeting demands, is marketed strongly by capitals and communicated by public praise among masses of people. However, due to the functional deficit of technology, unfitness of crowds and incompatibility of supervision, new technology can bring about a series of positive and negative effects during the process of its rapid application. Therefore, as far as new technology and supervision of its effects are concerned, there have been diverse viewpoints such as market-dominant or government-dominant opinions.
