| 摘 要： | 二难推理是一种特殊形式的假言选言推理,它常用于论辩的场合使对方无论是肯定还是否定其中的哪一种可能,都会陷入进退维谷、左右为难的困境.也是认识、表达或提示人们思想困惑和内心矛盾冲突的思维工具.正因为二难推理的这种独特的性质使得它在司法实践中应用比较广泛.

| Abstract: | The paper expond that the dilemma,which has a special form,cannot be considered the general hypothetical selecting inference.It is usesd in argument occasion and makes the opponent in a dilemma.The paper also analyses in detail that dilemma is a tool of thoughts,and it has great in understanding the world.So the dilemma is often used in judicature practice. |
