泰国汉语本土教师培训实证研究——以曼谷市教育局汉语教师培训为例

汉语国际推广的主力军是汉语本土教师，而非汉语志愿者及公派教师。研究和培训汉语本土教师具有深远的意义。本调查从教学内容、教学方法和教学环境方面，对泰国这一教学环境和教学对象进行了分析，提出优选媒介语，进行中泰对比，采取有针对性的教方学法，灵活组织教学内容，很有必要。希望此次实证研究对海外汉语本土教师培训提供一些参考帮助

A Case Study of the Training of the Local Chinese teaching Teachers by the Education Bureau of Bangkok

It is the local Chinese--teaching teachers rather than Chinese volunteers or China--sent teachers that are the main force to popularize Chinese and Chinese culture internationally. It has far-- reaching significance to study the training of the local Chinese--teaching teachers. This questionnaire survey focuses on the analysis of the teaching contents, teaching methods as well as the teaching environments and subjects in Thailand, and brings up the suggestions that a comparison between China and Thailand, target--oriented teaching methods, flexible contents and a proper working language are crucial to the success of the Chinese--teaching in Thailand.
