| 摘 要： | 韩国加图立大学创立于1855年，中文系成立于1979年。30年来中文系在科学研究与人才培养上取得了令人瞩目的成就。成功的原因归纳为6点：1．良好的行政体制和教授评估制度；2．为教学科研服务的意识；3．锐意改革适应时代要求；4．重视培养汉语技能传授当代中国的活知识；5．重视国际学术交流；6．课外活动丰富。

| Abstract: | The Catholic University of Korea was founded in 1855, while its Chinese Department was founded in 1979. In the past 30 years, this department has made remarkable achievements in the fields of scientific research and talent development. Its great success results from the following advantages. 1） a good system of administration and professor assessment; 2） a strong sense of contributing to teaching and research; 3） the determination to reform and adjust to the requirements of the times; 4） the focus on developing the students abilities to use Chinese and teaching the practical knowledge of contemporary China; 5） the emphasis on international academic exchanges;6） varied extracurricular activities. |
