| 摘 要： | 中国数字图书馆工程自1998年8月开始建设，至今已取得了很大的进展，但资源积累、服务方式、基础设施、图书馆立法等方面的不足，正严重制约着它的可持续发展，剖析制约中国数字图书馆可持续发展的主要因素，并制定相应的对策，无疑具有重要的现实意义。
