对中国文学想象力萎缩问题的反思

中国文学想象力萎缩问题已成为文艺理论界的热点问题。对此文章认为应主要从作家角度来追根溯源,寻找问题的病因。文章指出,首先,当代小说叙事仍停留在模拟现实的阶段,而在写作技法上则耽于学习西方;其次,当代小说的题材狭窄,多滞留于写实的层面,未能处理好写实与想象的关系问题;第三,当代作家缺乏理论自觉意识、反思意识和问题意识。

Reflections on the Shrinking of Literary Imagination in China

The issue of the shrinking of literary imagination in China has become a hot topic in the field of the theory of literature and art. This paper maintains that we should find out the fundamental cause of the problem by tracing it to its source--the writers in China. The paper points out that, firstly, the narration of contemporary Chinese novels still remains on the stage of copying realities, and Chinese novelists have become addicted to learning writing methods and techniques from western writers; secondly, the contemporary Chinese novels have a narrow scope of subject matter, for many writers tend to provide accounts of reality, being unable to deal with the relationship between reality and imagination; thirdly, the contemporary writers in China have lacked a conscientiousness sense, reflection sense and question sense in terms of theory.
