摘    要:双语教学是高校本科教学办学水平的指标之一,其重要性不言而喻。然而,开展双语教学是一个系统工程,地方弱势高校面临着种种困难和问题,教学质量难以保证。地方弱势高校应因校制宜、循序渐进,努力推进双语教学实践的健康发展。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is of the guidelines for the undergraduate teaching evaluation.Of course,the importance of bilingual teaching is very obvious.However,bilingual teaching is a "systems engineering".Local weak colleges and universities have being met with many difficulties and problems and the teaching qualities are hard to guarantee.Weak universities should suit their measures to differing conditions in terms of locality,specialties and persons involved in order to carry on the practice of bilingual teaching step by step.
