| 摘 要： | 采访权是记者进行新闻采访活动不可或缺的权利，它与公众知情权、舆论监督权、表达自由等直接关联。明晰采访权的涵义与法性质，既有助于对采访权的有效规制，也有助于对记者采访活动的保护和救济。在分析比较关于采访权法性质的不同认识的基础上，采访权本质上是一种公共权利，并且具有多个层面的复合特征。

| Abstract: | A journalist is entitled to news interviewing,the right that is directly related with the one of information,press supervision and freedom to express.A clearly defined terminology is crucial to regulate this right and enable journalists to implement their professional activities.This paper makes a comparative analysis of different views on this right,and argues that it is in essence one of the public rights in combination with civil rights. |
