| 摘 要： | 教学是一个师生共同参与的双边活动,作为在教学过程中起主导作用的教师对在这个过程中作为主体的学生所产生的影响力,是决定教学效果优劣的一个重要因素.体育教师对学生的影响力有权力性和非权力性之分,提高教师个人影响力,关键在于提高非权力性影响力.
