技巧单人项目的选材与训练

我国技巧单人项目已达到世界先进水平。但其运动员的运动寿命却不如俄罗斯等世界技巧强国寿命长。我们在多年的训练中体会到，这与早期的选材和训练不无关系，因此我们从少儿启蒙训练阶段的招生、选材、训练方法等方面同存在的问题，并提出解决方法。
