摘 要: | 如何建立行之有效的人力资源管理创新机制是目前研究的热点问题之一。阐述了人力资源管理创新机制的构建思路,以人为本和以能力为本位的思想为导向,从能本管理的三个内在机制为切入点来建构人力资源管理创新机制。
