| 摘 要： | 依据工科院校素质教育现状，分析职业健康、安全和环境（HSE）管理体系核心运行原则，提出了基于HSE管理体系面向电子工程类专业学生的环保和安技教育课程体系，并探讨了相应的实践训练方法和实施要点，突出风险评估、风险控制和持续改进的科学管理思想，为培养工科绿色人才提供长效方法．

| Abstract: | This article puts forward a curriculum system of the education of environmental protection and safety technology for the electronic engineering specialty based on HSE in the situation of the quality education of the institutions technology after the analysis of the core motion principles of HSE-MS. The author probes into related practical training methods and implement essentials with emphasis on risk assessment, risk control, and continuous improvement so as to foster technical ＇ Green Talents＇ in the long run. |
