The New Route of American Teachers Training under the Deregulation System:Analyzing the development,function,merit and miss of the "Teach for American" program

There are many routes to cultivate teachers in America,one of them is to provide training for graduates from the non-normal universities and encourage them to engage in teaching."Teach for American" program is very important among these trainings.This paper mainly introduces the development,the recruitment and selection of the volunteers of the "Teach for American" program,the training and sustaining for the volunteers,and achievement and criticism for the program,which are very useful to construct teachers training system and qualification system for us.
