| 摘 要： | 首先从对非营利组织的诠释引入到非营利体育组织的分析,界定非营利体育组织。其次,在对中国非营利体育组织发展现状分析的基础上,深刻阐释了中国非营利体育组织变革的紧迫性,系统揭示出当前中国非营利体育组织变革的内部与外部障碍。最后,针对中国非营利体育组织发展现状及其变革的内部与外部障碍,并根据非营利组织的相关理论,探索到中国非营利体育组织变革的实施路径。

| Abstract: | First,the paper interprets and analyzes what non-profit sports organizations are.Second,it gives the definition of non-profit sports organizations.Next,the paper deeply illustrates the urgency of reforming non-profit sports organizations in China and systematically reveals the internal and external obstacles in reforming non-profit sports organizations in China.Finally,it finds out several practical routes to reform non-profit sports organizations in China according to the current situation in the development of non-profit sports organizations and the internal and external obstacles combined with relevant theories of non-profit sports organizations. |
