论教育场与教育环境的调控

摘    要:教育环境必然对学生产生隐形的教育影响,这种影响可控性差,容易产生非预期效应。为了使教育环境能够更好地发挥良好的隐形教育作用,达到预期的教育效果,教育者要在环境设置、运作和教师本人的行为以及学生认知等各个方面加以调控,以保证教育场场力方向的正确性和受体接受隐形教育信息的准确性。

Abstract:Educational environment is bound to have invisible influence on students;such impact cannot be easily controlled and is prone to unintended effect.To better play invisible effect of educational environment and to achieve desired educational results,educators should control educational environment,operation and behavior of teachers and cognition of students,so as to ensure correct force direction of educational field and accurate invisible educational information.
