| 摘 要： | 宗法制度文化是西周至明清形成的确立政治体系、分配权利义务、处理人际关系等规则和人们对宗法制度价值的认同、对宗法制度规则的遵从态度和习惯;制度变迁后,宗法制度文化以观念和习惯的形式影响着当今社会生活;应正视并积极引导其实现正向度转化,发掘其现代价值并进行合理利用。

| Abstract: | Formed in the period from Western Zhou dynasty to Ming and Qing dynasties,patriarchal system is used to establish political system,distribute rights and obligations,handle interpersonal relationships.This paper analyzes people’s recognition of the patriarchal system,and their attitudes and habit towards conformance to the system.After Institutional change,patriarchal system still affects today’s social life in the form of concept and customs.We should face and guide it to achieve positive transformation,to explore its modern value and use it reasonably. |
