我国大学英语教师培训现状研究

教师是办学的主体，是培养人才的人才。面对全球经济一体化、信息网络化发展的新趋势，面对中国教育改革和发展的新任务，特别是我国大学英语教学改革的新形势，学校加强青年外语教师培训工作就显得尤为重要。我国以往的大学英语培训中存在着许多不足之处，如培训课程不合理，培训内容单一，对教师培训标准上无明确要求等。针对这些情况，我们应重新确立大学英语教师培训的方向。
