| 摘 要： | 论述在体育教学中,学生心理健康和社会适应能力的培养和发展．解析在体育教学过程中,不但要注重培养学生心理健康,而且要注重学生的社会适应能力的培养．在通过对教育方向和学生能力素质培养的理论分析,提出在教育过程中需改进教育方法和措施,以适合学生的素质发展．
