| 摘 要： | 数控机床发生故障后,如何在诸多故障现象当中,捕捉到故障病因的症结?故障的诊断是否遵循一定的规律和方法?如何迅速诊断故障出处并排除故障使其恢复正常,是提高数控机床设备使用率的迫切需要。不断探索研讨故障发生的根源与防止故障发生的措施,才是最积极、最有效地提高数控机床使用效益和经济效益的举措。

| Abstract: | If a NC machine tool is out of order, how to find out the cause of the malfunction from various occurrences? Is malfunction diagnosis in accordance with some basic rules and ways? How to diagnose malfunction, find out its cause and adjust them quickly is the imperative requirement to improve the efficiency of NC machine tools. Exploring the causes of malfunctions and preventing them are the most effective and positive ways to improve the efficiency and economic benefit of NC machine tools. |
