脑力劳动者工作满意度实证研究

摘    要:随着中国入世和知识经济时代的到来,知识成为最重要的资源,脑力劳动者作为知识的载体,在人力资源中的作用显得越来越重要,研究脑力劳动者的需求,了解脑力劳动者的工作满意度对充分调动脑力劳动者的积极性和创造性具有特别重要的意义。本文通过对我国脑力劳动者的需求及其工作满意度进行的调查和实证研究,分析了影响我国脑力劳动者工作满意度的主要因素,旨在深入研究面向知识经济时代的我国脑力劳动者激励的主要程度。根据调查统计及研究结论,本文提出了强化脑力劳动者激励机制,提高我国脑力劳动者工作满意度的对策和建议。

Abstract:With China entry into WTO and the coming of the knowledge economy era, knowledge becomes the most important resource. Mental workers, as the carrier of knowledge, play a more and more important role of human resource. Therefore, researches on needs and working satisfaction of mental workers are of realistic significance to inspire mental workers with positivity and creativity. The dissertation makes investigation on needs and working satisfaction of Chinese mental workers, and the leading factors influencing working satisfaction of Chinese mental workers to aim at research on the motivation of Chinese mental workers facing the knowledge economy era. According to the investigation and research, the dissertation brings forward to countermeasures and proposals on how to stress on the motivation system of mental workers and to improve working satisfaction of Chinese mental workers.
