| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育在德国、美国、英国、日本等发达国家虽然有各自不同的发展方式和特色,但它们的共同特征是在人才培养方面注重技术应用与开发能力的培养,在教学方式手段方面具有很强的实践性。我国高职教育在发展中应有选择地引入和借鉴国外高等职业教育发展的有益经验和模式。
