| Abstract: | The Bundeswehr has its unique NCO education -training system and model. During the period of studying in the Bundeswehr, the author witnessed the relevant circumstances of the Bundeswehr＇ s NCO education and training. Accordingly, the article first discusses the organizational leadership and training system of the Bundeswehr＇ s NCO education and training, then analyzes the main training model of the Bundeswehr＇ s NCO education and training, in order to provide experience and reference for the development of our military education and training of NCO. |
