我国基础领域科研人员职业发展状况研究

本文以国家自然科学基金申请和获得资助的基础研究领域科研人员为研究对象，采用抽样调查的方式对不同职业发展阶段中的科研人员开展问卷调查，基于问卷结果分析了不同职业发展阶段科研人员对职业发展的满意状况、影响因素与遇到的压力与问题等。在此基础上针对不同职业发展阶段的科研人员提出了如何更好的促进其发展的政策建议。

Study on the development of scientific researchers in basic research fields in China

In this paper, we take the researchers in basic research fields who apply for or received the fund from National Natural Science Foundation of China（NSFC）as the research object. With the method of random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted among researchers in different stages of career development. Based on the questionnaire results, the satisfaction rate, influencing factors and problems encountered of career development for scientific researchers in different stages of career development are analyzed. we put forward policy suggestions on how to better promote the career development of researchers at different stages based on the above research.
