脑是我们赖以记忆、思维和学习的基础，因此，良好的教学必定是与人脑学习机理相容的。这就要求，教师必须极力营造和谐、充满爱意的学习氛围，必须选择难度适中且以多种方式持续呈现的学习内容，以使学习者“浸润”在学习过程之中。
