| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区的资源开发事实上并没有完全形成民族地区发展的独特优势,反而增加了民族地区发展中的结构性失衡.民族地区的现代化发展,必须与民族地区的实际相结合,并且内化为整个民族的现代化需要.这一任务的达成急需在民族地区优先发展教育,只有民族地区人力资本的增加和改善,才能从根本上促进民族地区的整体发展.

| Abstract: | In developing resources of southwestern ethnic regions,the unique local advantages have not been fully explored,which leads to structural imbalance in regional development.Modernization development of ethnic regions must be based on local reality and keep in line with the needs of modernization of the whole nation.To fulfill this task,priority should be given to education development in ethnic regions,for regional overall development depends on increase and improvement of human capital. |
